All quotations, invoices, and deal-specific terms are confirmed at the time of sale and may vary depending on availability, vendor requirements, shipping timelines, and scope of work.

3. Quotes, Orders, and Payment Terms

  • Quotes are valid for a limited time unless stated otherwise.

  • Orders may require deposits or full prepayment depending on the product type and vendor requirements.

  • Payment terms (including Net 30 when approved) must be agreed upon in writing.

MRI Depot reserves the right to cancel or delay fulfillment if payment is not received or if the customer fails to provide required documentation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, and other factors outside our control. MRI Depot is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return approval is subject to inspection and product condition. Certain items (including special orders, custom products, and select parts) may be non-refundable. Return terms may vary by transaction and must be confirmed in writing.
